I is for Indian Creek~one of our old fishing holes.

And J is for Jennifer.

Chelsea, my daughter’s art when she was a teen. She loved to draw. That was something I liked to do at her age, too. I still think she needs to write her own books and illustrate them! 😄

    1. Thanks, Stu. It’s a really peaceful and beautiful place! When I saw the flowers reflecting in the water, I just HAD to take several pics! I did edit it though…and Chelsea drew a lot of anime. She had picked up a book from the library one day and fell in love with anime and manga. So, I bought her a book on how to draw anime for Christmas one year.

      1. Awe! Thanks! 😄 Actually, I framed a lot of her drawings and we hung them on her bedroom wall. She wanted to get rid of them when she moved out! I was like, not on your life! I’m keeping these. I have them somewhere here! The one I shared is actually still framed and hanging in her old bedroom.

      2. I wanted her to know that I believe in her! That she can do anything if she believes in herself. Both my girls were in S.P.I.R.I.T., the gifted class at school. They both can draw. But anyways, I’m proud of them, but say this humbly, not trying to be a braggard or anything.

      1. Just started sketching the other day and must admit there is nothing more fulfilling than going through the erases and mistakes time and again till the sketch comes out as you would love it…One thing God has done is bring that satisfaction right from within to the surface…I pray she does her sketches again.
